Process charts are enclosed with forging drawing and all parameters are monitered and recorded. Quality root cause is carefully studied and appropriate mesures are taken to eliminate the poor quality.
We have in built control over guage control, preventive maintenance, tool life control, internal quality audits and traceablity.

We have a top position in this domain with our well-equipped infrastructure base. It consists of all the requisite machines. Our infrastructure has been segmented into many departments. All the departments work in close coordination with each other for achieving higher productivity.
